- I agree 100%, they should have tried harder to tranquilize the poor thing. I live in a wilderness / recreation area in Southern CA, so many people come up to our community to picnic by the river and leave their trash.

- my thoughts exactly, if you are close enough to shoot it with a bullet, you are close enough to shoot it with a tranquilizer.
